Domestic Returns

For each order requesting a refund, there is a modest restocking fee of $6.95, deducted from your refund for convenience. Kindly utilize your return label within 15 days of your request to prevent it from becoming void. Additional labels are available through Saltwater Luxe's return form, graciously provided with the same restocking fee of $6.95.


Exchanges are swiftly processed upon request and include a complimentary return label, as part of our commitment to seamless service and customer satisfaction. For a successful return, kindly ensure all garment tags are securely included.

Please note that shipping charges at checkout constitute a one-time fee and are non-refundable, applicable to both Domestic and International orders. Items marked FINAL SALE are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

In the unfortunate event of damaged items, there's no obligation to return them. However, we appreciate receiving pictures of defects and damages at web@saltwaterluxe.com for further assistance. Rest assured, replacements for damages will be promptly dispatched, pending any inventory discrepancies.
