**Domestic Deliveries:**
We rely on the fantastic services of USPS for all our domestic deliveries. Need something out of the ordinary? We can make special arrangements for an additional fee. Just let us know!
**Free Shipping Offers:**
For our beloved customers in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), we've got your back with FREE USPS Ground shipping for orders above $$75.00. That's right, free is the magic word!
For orders below those awesome thresholds, we've got some standard shipping rates for you: USPS Ground: $10
*Note: The standard overnight option is temporarily suspended due to our COVID policy. Check above for more details.
**Delivery Times:**
We know you're eager to receive your Saltwater goodies, so here's the scoop: With our standard ground shipping, deliveries usually take about 3 to 5 business days or less, unless stated otherwise*. A few things to keep in mind:
- For USPS Ground and 2-Day shipping, any items purchased after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.
- If you opt for Standard Overnight Shipping, make sure your order is processed before 3:00pm PST on Thursdays.
- Please note that any purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. This applies to 2-Day shipping as well.
**Sales:**
During special sales events like Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th, we want to give you the heads up that due to high volume, orders may ship by the end of the following week. Rest assured, we're doing our best to get your Saltwater treasures to you ASAP!
**International Shipping:**

International Shipping
We’re happy to bring Saltwater Luxe to customers around the globe. We ship to most countries using DHL Express for fast, reliable delivery.
- For international orders, duties, taxes, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your local customs authority and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
- Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days from the ship date.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Returns
Returning from outside the United States? We’ve made it simple:
- Use our online return portal to initiate your return. You’ll receive detailed email instructions for the next steps.
- International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping using the carrier of their choice. Please note: Saltwater Luxe does not cover return shipping costs.
- Include your printed order confirmation and ensure all original garment tags are attached.
- Once we receive your return, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
Sales and Adjustments
Saltwater Luxe will honor a 14 day price adjustment period for items purchased at full price from saltwaterluxe.com.
We do not offer price adjustments on items marked down for Black Friday or on Cyber Monday. We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased at a discount that are further reduced.

Costume Design Return Policy
Please note that all returns of costume design items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the inspection, processing, and repackaging of these specialty items.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total once the return is received and processed. We recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team before initiating a return if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
