Not in love with your purchase? No problem!

    We will gladly give a full refund, exchange or offer store credit for unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags attached. Domestic and International orders have 60 days to return after receipt of shipment. 

    To maintain the quality and affordability of our products, Saltwater Luxe has made the decision to introduce a modest re-stocking fee of $6.95, and applies to orders coming back for a refund only. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns, including inspection, restocking, and preparing items for resale. By implementing this fee, we can continue to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the overall sustainability of our brand. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support as we strive to deliver the best possible experience to all our customers.

    Our return types are:

    1. Refund back to original payment method.
    2. Exchange for a different size or similarly priced item.
    3. Instant Store Credit, which will be available immediately after the return is accepted.  

    Your return label must be used within 15 days of your return request (or when the label was generated), otherwise it will be voided.

    Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner.  We will send you an email when your refund has been processed. 

    Damages are not required to be sent back, but we do request photos of damages be emailed to web@saltwaterluxe.com

    Instant Store Credit is optional for you; if you do not use Instant Store Credit your return defaults to a refund.

    For International Orders, the process is the same for refunds and store credit only but customer assumes the shipping cost for the label and can use any carrier of their choice.  Please include a copy of your return request in the package.

    Additional returns from the same order will be accepted, however the restocking fee will be applied for any additional labels for the same order.

    Exchanges will try to ship the day we receive the request (minus weekends & weekends).

    Items marked as Final Sale are FINAL and not eligible for a refund.
