Your return label must be used within 15 days of your return request (or when the label was generated), otherwise it will be voided.

Saltwater Luxe’s return form will provide additional labels, if necessary, with the same restocking fee of $4.95.

We ship exchanges upon request.

Saltwater Luxe requires that all garment tags must be included with your return.

Shipping charges at checkout are a one-time fee and not refundable.  This applies to Domestic and International orders. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Damaged items are not required to be shipped back, however pictures of defects and damages are welcome.
